Returns and Refund Policy (Custom Printed Legal Corners)
This policy governs the return and refund of custom-printed legal corners ordered from Legal Corners Printing.
1. Custom Product Nature
All legal corners are custom-made to your specific instructions, including your logo and approved artwork. Due to their bespoke nature, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "buyer's remorse," changes of mind, or customer errors.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Reprint
A refund or free reprint will only be offered if the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the final proof you approved.
Reasons for Eligibility:
- Manufacturing Defect: The corners are physically damaged, incorrectly cut, or the lamination is peeling.
- Printing Error: The print is clearly misaligned, illegible, or the colours deviate significantly from the approved proof (excluding standard colour variations inherent in the printing process).
- Damage in Transit: The product arrives clearly damaged due to shipping.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Issues
We are not responsible for and cannot offer a refund or reprint for issues arising from customer-approved elements. These include, but are not limited to:
- Errors in spelling, grammar, or logo positioning in the final proof approved by the customer.
- Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork supplied by the customer.
- The customer's dissatisfaction with the paper weight or size if it matches the specifications outlined on our website (300gsm card, 94mm wide x 46mm deep).
4. Reporting a Defect or Damage
If your order is defective or damaged, you must notify us immediately so we can assess the claim.
- Time Limit: You must contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- Required Information:
- Your Order Number.
- A detailed explanation of the defect or damage.
- Clear photographic evidence of the affected product(s) and the packaging (if damaged in transit).
5. Resolution (Reprint or Refund)
Upon review of your claim and photographic evidence:
- If we determine the error is on our part, we will, at our discretion, either:
- Offer a Free Reprint: We will correct the error and reprint the affected quantity of your order at no extra cost. This is our preferred resolution.
- Offer a Refund: If a reprint is not feasible or fails to resolve the issue, we will issue a full or partial refund to your original method of payment.
6. Return Shipping
If a return is required for inspection:
- We will provide clear instructions and, in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or damage in transit, we will typically cover the return shipping costs.
- You must return the entire original product to be eligible for a full refund or free reprint of the affected quantity.
